BORN LEADER
Self-negation in most people stifles or stalls their creativity and robs them of their self-determination and ability to be themselves.
This programme helps Heal the Inner Critic, Discover Your Inner Voice/Dreams & Rise into Your Greatness. The Born Leader Program frees you from what stops you from always being your best.
The program requires two steps:
- Healing the Internal Critic
- Self-Love and Self Acceptance

Building Confident Minds Through Play
EMOTIONAL LITERACY ( A master tool ) - Developing Inner Strength and Fortitude
Our children and young adults are told to learn without teaching how the mind they use to learn works. They also do not know that they have a dominant sense among the five senses that will accelerate their learning.
When a person expresses anger, they are told to control or conquer that anger, but there is no education on how to do that. Self-control is self-suppression and does not work. Even if you are to conquer those unwanted emotions, you will end up feeling defeated or crushed in some parts of yourself.
What is needed for a solution is conscious engagement with our emotions. Permit yourself to feel your feelings and to know them.
In the same way that we exercise our physical body and give it a nourishing diet to keep it healthy to maintain balanced emotions, you must feed and exercise them. Fortunately, exercising and nourishing your feelings do not cost an arm and a leg.

Play Words. Find Self
WORD EMPOWERMENT GAMES
A child grows through an identity shift: I want to be like mum or dad or caregiver, so the true nature is lost in a labyrinth of second images. With the word empowerment games, the child affirms what feels natural and empowering to him or her. Playing this game also activates all components of the mind into alertness, causing a positive shift in behaviour.

From Blame to Balance.
RESPONSIBILITY LIVING
It is important to be conscious of your actions’ effect on others. You may be conscious of the harm your parents and friends have caused you. Being conscious of the harm your actions have been to them will spark an accommodating self in you. You will be more understanding of why they also caused you pain.
1-2-1 Provides individualised sessions for children, young adults, and their parents to bring recovery within 6 sessions. Mainly disengaged children are at risk of being excluded from school.
