Mentorship > Some kids could use some extra help or a confidence boost outside of school.
GEC knows that for kids who learn and think differently, it can be especially helpful to have a mentor who knows what it feels like to grow up with these challenges.
Our mentorship provides a positive role model for your child and one more person who can support and encourage your child. This relationship will help your child do better in school and raise the child’s self-esteem.
SMART COACHING
The coaching plan is SMART in goal setting, it is personal and confidentially tailored to areas in which you wish to develop. A transparent record of each coaching session log will be sent at the end of each session, detailing points for consideration, research or action.
Coaching sessions are offered in 4-12 week blocks, with a flexible aftercare service. (prices vary).
